Session Notes
Write and store encrypted session notes directly in the platform. Auto-save, rich text editor, and templates built in.
Billing & Payments
Send payment links, request pre-session payments, issue refunds from the dashboard, and view full payment history per client. Configure billing policies and automatically bill clients at a time you choose (e.g. 48 hours before a session). Payment pages can include your working agreement, requiring client confirmation before the session.
Feature Requests Settings Tab
User feedback is at the forefront of everything we do, and dictates the features we prioritise and build. We wanted an easier way for you to share your suggestions with us, so added a feature requests section where you can submit new feature requests, view existing requests, comment on requests, and 'upvote' feature requests - all within Counselling Buddy.

Send your clients a link to easily fill in commonly used forms, including PHQ-9 and GAD-7 forms. You receive a printable PDF document of the results, stored directly in your Counselling Buddy account ready for you to use.
